Version 0.4.1 - Better animations... I guess

Heyo

Added a better death animation and a WAY BETTER parry animation which I think looks neat, as well as other small things and fixes.

Next Update will be the 0.4.2. I still don't know what I could add that can be useful within the polishing compartment, I need ideas and I don't have many.  For now I guess I could do a quick restart effect, because other than that my To-Do list only has "Story mode" and "Boss attacks" which the latter looks more fun and entertaining but... to be completely honest, it's something that I was thinking for Story Mode only. Maybe I could still implement it and add different bosses to the endless but we will see....
